Time to part with this people carrier which we had for at least 10 years. The reason is all our miles are local and we think it will be better to get a diesel MPV. It is economical on long motorway runs but not on local runs.

It always had anything it needed and everything seems to be OK on it. It is 20 years old and they do not build them like this anymore. There are some dings and light scratches but for a car of two decades old, it is still very presentable in metallic silver. It has two front doors, a sliding door and a rear hatch. It is automatic and has central locking. Engine is petrol 1800CC and lots has been spent on it. Timing belt was done several years ago but we have not put enough miles on it to renew it.

Last to last MOT the car failed on brake pipes and the ones causing failure were replaced at a high cost. Recently, the alternator belt was replaced. Some years ago we had the flexible part of exhaust changed @ £800.

We absolutely love this car and would not get rid of it as it has been so good to us in all ways as we have disabled parents. It is roomy and the boot is fairly roomy too. It is J reg and has power steering. tyres are good. Automatic too for effortless driving with very good visibility.

Come and test drive it (you have to have evidence of Insurance else we will drive you around).

MOT I think expires in August?. The car is used each and every day so is taxed but this tax is disabled tax and therefore has to be returned to government and it will not be supplied. We are happy to tax it at your expense.

Note that the car is ziebarted from birth. This is the best vehicle protection and undercoating. The heavy abrasion resistant sealant protects the vehicle’s undercarriage against moisture, chemicals and salt that cause rust.

Considering the usefulness and state of the car (including faults like dings/scratches/NSF mirror case cracked),

I think £850 is a fair price and if you are hoping to come and haggle, please do not bother. If it does not sell, we will keep it as we have kept it for over a decade.

Perfect for export too. Please come with your mechanic as we know little about cars (except what we had to pay for on the car).
