We are representing a well reputable overseas real estate developer and conglomerate group who currently has a JV development with  a local real estate platform in UK. At present, they seek to recruit a qualified candidate who has excellent knowledge of the UK's residential market and possess good contacts and networks within the local residential space. The successful appointed candidate will play a key role in establishment of pricing strategy, showflat mix development, pre sales launch prepartion relating to marketing materials and all other matters related to this new development.
To succeed in this role, the candidate will have at some relevant UK's experience and or / previous asia working experience and seek to return back to the UK market.
