We currently have an opportunity for a services
assistant. The right person will be based at our client’s site in UK.
Reporting to the Team manager the Office Services Assistant will be responsible for providing an effective and professional on site point of contact for our customer. The Services Assistant will provide a flexible service that accommodates any local requirements or specific requests for contracted services.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide the right level of support.
- Ability to plan and prioritise own work activities and manage own time efficiently.
- Highly motivated and capable of multi-tasking, coupled with a team player attitude.
- Ability to communicate well at all levels.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction is delivered at all times.
- Process orders.
